1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of health, wellness, and supplement products, returns are accepted only under limited conditions.

A product may be eligible for return or replacement if:

  • The product packaging was tampered with during delivery
  • Any item is missing from your order

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, consumed, or tampered with after delivery.


2. Return Request Timeline

Return, replacement, or refund requests must be raised within:

24 hours of delivery

Requests received after this period may not be accepted.


3. Mandatory Proof Required

To process a return, replacement, or refund request, please share the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Registered phone number or email ID
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging
  • Clear photos of the invoice/shipping label
  • Unboxing video
  • Description of the issue

4. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Opened products
  • Used or consumed products
  • Products with broken seal
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Products returned without approval from NutraEver
  • Products purchased during final sale or clearance sale, unless defective
  • Products returned after the allowed return request period

5. Replacement Policy

If your request is approved, NutraEver may offer a replacement in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Defective product received
  • Missing item from order
  • Tampered package received

Replacement will be processed only after verification of the shared proof.

Replacement availability depends on stock availability. If the same product is not available, we may offer a refund or alternate resolution.


6. Refund Policy

Refunds may be approved only after NutraEver verifies the issue.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank, payment gateway, or payment method.

COD Orders 5–10 business days after bank details confirmation

For COD orders, the customer may be required to share valid bank account details for refund processing.


7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, COD charges, handling charges, or convenience fees may not be refundable unless the issue is due to NutraEver’s error.

If a replacement is approved due to damaged, wrong, or defective product, NutraEver may bear the replacement shipping cost.


8. Order Cancellation

You may request order cancellation before the order is shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

9. Refused Delivery / Failed Delivery

If an order is refused at delivery or delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable customer, locked premises, or unreachable phone number, NutraEver reserves the right to deduct shipping, COD, or handling charges before processing any refund, where applicable.


10. Damaged or Tampered Delivery

If the package appears damaged, opened, leaked, or tampered with at the time of delivery, we recommend that you do not accept the package.

If you notice the issue after accepting delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos for verification.


11. Product Results Disclaimer

NutraEver products are wellness supplements. Results may vary from person to person depending on lifestyle, diet, age, health condition, and usage.

Refunds will not be provided on the basis of personal taste preference, smell, individual results, or expected health outcomes unless the product is defective or incorrect.


12. Approval Rights

NutraEver reserves the right to approve or reject any return, replacement, refund, or cancellation request based on product condition, proof provided, and policy terms.

Any misuse of the return/refund process may lead to rejection of future claims.
