Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

NutraEver currently ships products across India.

Delivery availability may depend on your pin code and courier service coverage.

If your location is not serviceable, we may contact you and cancel the order with a refund, if payment has already been made.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on order value, delivery location, product weight, and ongoing offers.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking details via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or order tracking page.

You can use the tracking details to check your shipment status.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may attempt delivery multiple times depending on their policy.

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are correct while placing the order.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable customer, locked premises, or unreachable phone number, the order may be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.


7. Delayed Delivery

If you receive a damaged, opened, leaked, or tampered package, please do not accept the delivery if possible.

If you notice the issue after receiving the package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/videos of the package
  • Product images
  • Unboxing video

9. Incorrect or Missing Product

After verification, we will provide a suitable resolution.


10. Change of Shipping Address

If you want to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Address changes are only possible before the order is shipped.

Once the order is shipped, we may not be able to update the delivery address.


11. Cash on Delivery

If Cash on Delivery is available on our website, it may be subject to location, order value, and serviceability.

NutraEver reserves the right to disable COD for certain pin codes, products, or orders.


12. International Shipping

Currently, NutraEver does not offer international shipping.

We only deliver within India.
