1 week update : it helps in craving and I am a binge eater who can’t control cravings even after my stomach is full so it helped me in mindful eating

1 month update: no weight loss but it helped me to control cravings when starting a diet plan.
Now it doesn’t have a effect. I don’t feel that full anymore.
Anyone who is starting a diet plan can take it to be on track. After some time it loses it purpose.

It was good as per the taste and easy to use in daily routine as well. Its desolves in water very easily. However I can find health benefits (mainly weight loss) for which mainly I had purchased. In my weight loss journey I had used its 4 bottles and its was much effective.

Not very effective but good taste

When I tired I didn’t believe if something can stop me from eating loads and loads of chocolate and sweet. Basically it controls cravings means it helps us to ignore it and I’ve really experienced this. I don’t feel any sort of sugar craving and due to no sugar is body my skin glows
