Being a vegetarian who is bound to obtain very less Omega fatty acids from the diet, having this fish-oil supplement has been greatly helpful. I would recommend this to those who have been feeling weak, dull-spirited, and possibly even depressed. I find these to be energising and useful to keep my spirits up. Do make sure you follow the recommended usage to avoid any overdose of the vitamins present in these capsules, i.e., one a day after lunch or dinner will do.
There is no fishy aftertaste nor any digestive effects with the usage, and the capsules don't smell of fish or anything repulsive. They have a light lemony odour and flavour.
